Q1 - How can I place an order with you?

Orders can be placed either by phone, by email or online through our website.

On-line : The easiest and most convenient way for most of our customers to purchase their wedding favours is online. Simply select the items you would like to order and then add them to you shopping cart. Our website accepts all major credit and debit cards.

By Phone : If you would rather place your order by phone please call us on (01296) 340 059 and we can take the details of your order over the phone. You can then either pay by credit/debit card or else send us a cheque or postal order made payable to "Wedding Favours Online". Once we have received your payment we will deliver your goods.

By Email : If you would rather place your order by email then email us details of your order, we will then send you an invoice you by email or arrange payment by telephone. Once we have received your payment we will deliver your goods.
