Postage Costs
Postage to any UK mainland address is free of charge for all orders over £100 and orders will be sent by courier (UPS). Orders under £100 have a variety of delivery options available the cost of which depends upon the weight of the goods ordered (so small cheap items can be sent at a proportional cost). For larger orders or those required quickly you can choose to have your order sent by courier (UPS will require a signature upon delivery) at a cost of £7.50. We do not deliver to addresses outside of the UK mainland
Orders will either be despatched by first class delivery or courier depending upon their weight and value. Items dispatched by courier will require a signature as proof of delivery. Please ensure that there will be someone to sign for the parcel during business hours (we are unable to specify a time).
Standard delivery times
Typically order times from the date the order is placed to the final delivery of goods are around 2 to 3 business days (personalised items may take slightly longer, i.e. 4 to 5 business days). However if you have a tight deadline let us know and we may be able to priortise your order. In many cases orders are despatched the same day or the next day depending upon how busy we are with orders.
Cancellations/Refunds
Orders can be cancelled at anytime prior to dispatch.
Refunds
We fully believe that you will be completely satisfied with the quality of all our goods. However if you have any cause for dissatisfaction we will can offer a full refund upon return of the goods (at your cost). Please note that we will be unable to accept returns of food stuffs (dragees, chocolate hearts etc) if the packaging has been opened.
